All of our jewelry is made of the finest materials and highest standards.
It is very important to us that you are happy with your jewelry.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Delivery charge for sending back the item is non-refundable.
We will not refund GOLD items.
RETURN REQUEST
For return an order please e-mail us to adilevdesign@gmail.com.
The written request must include the Order Number (transaction number) to be returned and the reason for the return: refund or size exchange.
adilevdesign.com does not cover the return delivery costs.
Gold Jewelry items inlayed by any stones may not be exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGES
Items can be exchanged only when needed size of the same item is available. Exchanges for different item are unavailable.
The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged with client’s ORDER NUMBER, NEEDED SIZE and CURRENT SHIPPING ADDRESS attached inside.
Damaged or defective item purchased at adilevdesign.com may be exchanged within one year of purchase. adilevdesign.com reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase only by PayPal. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
All the pierced jewelry (earrings) for hygiene reasons are strictly non-returnable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
